The Problem

As volatile market conditions change, enterprises are forced to change how and where they leverage their human capital. In order to thrive under these conditions, enterprises are increasingly turning to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in order to better augment their workflows. Simply applying RPA to a business process is only one aspect of what is required to achieve success. RPA process still needs to be managed because organizations still have KPI’s to meet in order to achieve their business goals. There must be a mechanism for other parts of the enterprise to request RPA processes to be built according to their specific business goals. This was the problem that GE power came to Hypergiant to solve.

Our Solution

GE Power’s Control Tower, an application that takes Robotic Process Automation to the next level, helps GE Power track and manage their army of more than 1000 'bots across the globe. By starting with a strategic vision of what the user interactions requirements for the platform need to be and working closely with the business to identify the classifications of the various RPA processes. Moreover, a series of applicable KPI calculations were necessary to establish. Hypergiant was able to design and create an application that expanded perspective on the business performance of the processes.
